We are seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Transformation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IM Services team, you will play a vital role in driving business continuity, IT professionalism, and user/business satisfaction.

Job Description:

You will be responsible for the overall performance of applications, ensuring the integrity of the production environment and maintaining applications according to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and regional business needs. You will also be responsible for periodic standby for emergencies, operationalizing priority setting as agreed with business stakeholders, and functioning as a first escalation point for third-party vendors and user communities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation concepts and strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in SAP Ariba and SAP ECC
