About the Role:

  • Job Title: Digital Adoption Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Digital Adoption Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with our clients to understand their digital adoption needs and provide tailored solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital adoption principles and be able to communicate effectively with clients to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with clients to identify their digital adoption requirements and develop effective solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and drive business growth.

• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our product ecosystem to provide expert advice to clients.

• Analyze client data to identify areas for improvement and develop targeted strategies to increase digital adoption.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge.

Requirements:

• 2-6 years of experience in Instructional Design, Technical Writing, Customer Success, Account Management, or Software Development.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build relationships with multinational stakeholders.

• Strong learning appetite to become an expert on our products through our certification programs.

• In-depth knowledge and proficiency in Salesforce platform, including configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting.

• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with an inclination to solve issues and problems with an analytical mindset.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

Preferred Skills:

• Awareness of diverse cultures and practices across geographies.

• Experience in IT, ITES, Healthcare, BFSI, Manufacturing, FMCG, and Oil and Gas industries.

• Knowledge of ERP, CRM, CLM, etc. applications like Salesforce, MS Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, iCertis, etc.

• Knowledge of Javascript, CSS, HTML is an added advantage.
