Google Workspace Expert

Seeking an experienced professional to fill a crucial role as a Google Workspace Expert. This exciting opportunity requires someone with exceptional technical skills and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert-level support for Google Workspace, ensuring seamless operation and optimal performance. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering top-notch technical assistance and troubleshooting expertise for Google Workspace.
  • Maintaining in-depth knowledge of industry-standard ticketing tools and ITIL frameworks.
  • Providing comprehensive training and guidance to colleagues on Google Workspace best practices.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest Google Workspace features and updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, candidates must possess:

  • A minimum of 15 years of regular education (10 + 2 + 3).
  • Excellent communication and typing skills (30-50 WPM).
  • At least 2-8 years of experience in technical trouble shooting, preferably in TAC support for Google Workspace.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Eligibility Criteria:

  1. Candidates must have registered EPs.
  2. It is mandatory to submit a valid copy of the TCS application form during the drive.
  3. End-to-end knowledge of the Record to Report Process is required.

Responsibilities:


• Excellent communication skill (verbal / written).


• Good typing speed (preferably 30 to 50 WPM).


• Experience 2 - 8 years of experience in technical trouble shooting (preferably TAC support) for Google Workspace (GWS).


• Knowledge on any Industry Standard Ticketing tool, ITIL Framework etc.


• Associate Google Workspace Administrator certification is preferred.
