Job Posting:

We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing full-spectrum accounting responsibilities, including Goods and Services Tax (GST), Tax Deducted at Source (TDS), inventory accounting, vendor/customer reconciliation, and monthly financial reporting.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintain day-to-day accounts and general ledger entries
  • Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, 2B, 3B, 9)
  • Manage TDS deductions, payments, and return filing
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, including reconciliations
  • Maintain inventory accounting (raw material, Work-In-Progress (WIP), finished goods)
  • Assist in monthly closing, Management Information System (MIS) reports, and statutory audits
  • Ensure compliance with pharma-specific accounting norms and tax laws
  • Work on Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for financial data management

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce or Chartered Accountancy Intermediate or equivalent
  • 4 to 8 years of relevant experience in accounts/finance in a pharma or manufacturing company
  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and inventory accounting
  • Experience with ERP tools such as Zoho Books, Tally, SAP
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting
