Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Account Specialist, located in Jaipur. The Finance Account Specialist will be responsible for managing financial statements, performing in-depth analysis, overseeing finance and accounting operations, and administering payroll. Day-to-day tasks will include preparing and maintaining financial records, analyzing financial performance, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and managing payroll processes efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Financial Statements and Finance
  • Proficient in Analytical Skills
  • Experience in Accounting
  • Proficient in Payroll Administration
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work effectively on-site in Jaipur
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Previous experience in the jewelry industry is a plus
