About Us:

Red Sand Tourism is a leading Destination Management Company (DMC) based in Dubai with operations in India. Since 2013, we have been delivering premium travel experiences and VIP services, working with global travel agents and partners. We are now looking for a dedicated professional to manage our finance and accounts operations from our Jaipur office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting activities including bookkeeping, reconciliation, and journal entries.
  • Ensure GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings are accurate and timely.
  • Handle vendor invoices, vendor payments, and maintain proper financial records.
  • Process employee payroll, reimbursements, and statutory deductions.
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports/statements for management review.

Work closely with the internal sales team and travel agents to:

  • Issue and share
    payment invoices
    with agents after booking confirmations.
  • Take
    payment follow-ups
    with agents in a professional manner.
  • Keep
    all payment-related records
    updated and organized in Google Sheets.
  • Support international payment processing and client/vendor transactions.
  • Maintain and analyze financial data in
    Google Sheets
    , ensuring accuracy and easy reporting.
  • Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and external stakeholders as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    2 years of experience
    in accounting, reconciliation, GST, and TDS compliance.
  • Strong proficiency in
    Google Sheets
    (formulas, reports, record-keeping).
  • Working knowledge of
    Tally ERP
    and
    MS Excel
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    invoicing, payment follow-ups, and record management
    .
  • Ability to work with
    sales teams and external partners
    in a professional, client-friendly way.
  • Strong attention to detail, compliance, and deadlines.
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
