Account Executive

Job Summary:
The Executive Accounts will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, invoicing. The role requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a good understanding of accounting principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain books of accounts using accounting software
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Reconcile bank statements, invoices and vendor accounts regularly.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of accounts.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments for financial matters.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry and reporting.
- Prepare MIS for Daily, Weekly, Monthly, quarterly etc. as required
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com/M.Com).
- 1–2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally).
