Job OverviewThe Field Project Controls Manager plays a crucial role in our success by supervising construction schedule development, maintenance, monitoring, impact identification, and recovery plan development activities. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze complex data.
Key Responsibilities:- Supports the owner in managing schedule development, maintenance, monitoring, impact identification, and recovery plan development activities.
- Conducts regular project review meetings with the owner, prepares and presents planning and scheduling information to management.
- Identifies early activities and need lists to kick-start execution.
- Creates and implements measurement systems for established processes, examines performance metric results, and identifies improvements.
- Uses tools to analyze metrics and measurement systems to identify bias, repeatability, and stability issues.
- Provides leadership in integrating key project procedures (e.g., Change Management, Forecasting, Trends, and Claims) and supports stakeholders in managing project control activities as required.
- Maintains open communications with other stakeholders to support schedule maintenance and reporting.
To be successful in this role, you will need a bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10-13 years of relevant experience or 14-17 years of relevant work experience. You must also possess a thorough knowledge of planning and scheduling functions, including schedule development, control, and analysis, in the field.
Benefits and Salary:We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000-$180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits that include health insurance, retirement savings, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
