Job SummaryThis position plays a critical role in managing cost engineering, cost estimating, cost analysis/control, forecasting, and planning/scheduling activities for a high-profile project. You will provide leadership, oversight, guidance, training, and mentoring to your team on key project procedures and risk management to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
Responsibilities- Manage cost engineering, cost estimating, cost analysis/control, and planning/scheduling activities for a project or discipline/project/proposal estimating or staff planning activities that require technical skill and expertise.
- Develop and present project/program estimates and cost forecasts.
- Support project/program organizational and administrative activities.
- Provide non-routine cost engineering/planning and scheduling guidance.
- Identify and provide innovative solutions to cost engineering and planning/scheduling problems.
- Review Earned Revenue Determination Data, Proposal Financial Summaries, Project Financial Status Reports, and Charge for Project Working Capital calculations for assigned project/program.
- Bachelor's or master's degree (or international equivalent) and 13-15 years of relevant experience or 17-19 years of relevant work experience.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on location and qualifications. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
