Job Description

The primary objective of this role is to design and implement a comprehensive corporate strategy that aligns with the company's internal and external goals. This involves co-leading the business strategy function and driving cross-functional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute a strategic business plan
  • Identify long-term growth opportunities and future growth corridors in terms of market, asset classes, and customer segments
  • Develop a go-to-market (GTM) strategy for growth corridors, including drafting a blueprint to identify and monetize opportunities
  • Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and industry trend analysis
  • Identify strategic initiatives, such as diversification, digital transformation, and geographic expansion
  • Communicate and implement the company's strategy internally and externally
  • Drive decision-making for medium- and long-term improvement
