We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Speech-Language Pathologist and Audiologist to join our team at Sphere Speech and Hearing Care in Chennai. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with communication and hearing challenges.

About the Role

This full-time position involves conducting comprehensive assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing engaging therapy sessions to improve patients' communication skills. You will also be responsible for programming and fitting hearing aids for optimal sound quality, educating patients and families about hearing loss and treatment options, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of speech and hearing disorders.
  • Develop and implement personalized therapy programs.
  • Provide engaging therapy to improve patients' communication skills.
  • Program and fit hearing aids for optimal sound quality.
  • Educate patients and families about hearing loss and treatment options.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Valid license or certification in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Experience in assessing and treating speech and hearing disorders (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
  • Ability to work with both children and adults.
