Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Auditor with experience in nursing to join our team at EXL. As a Clinical Auditor, you will play a critical role in reviewing clinical information and summarizing relevant data based on established guidelines.

About the Role

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of clinical guidelines and criteria.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of medical records and summarize key findings.
  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend evidence-based solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of audit results and recommendations.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Nursing (or equivalent).
  • At least 3 years of clinical experience, with a strong background in quality auditing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours of work per week. The working hours are from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM IST, with weekends off.
