Job Description:

As a seasoned technical leader, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of .NET developers, providing technical guidance and support.

Key Responsibilities include overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects, ensuring they are completed on time. You will design scalable and efficient software solutions and conduct regular code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

You will work closely with product managers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables. Your expertise in identifying and resolving technical challenges, implementing solutions that enhance system performance and reliability, is highly valued.

Furthermore, your ability to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, advocating for continuous learning and improvement within the team, is essential for our company's growth.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven experience with .NET technologies, including ASP.NET, Web Forms, MVC, C#, SQL Server and .NET Core
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns
  • Experience with database design and development, including SQL Server
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
  • Proficiency in version control systems like Git
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
