Program Implementation Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Technical Program Manager to oversee and drive multiple technology programs and product implementations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, stakeholder coordination, and delivery excellence.

This role involves planning, managing, and delivering end-to-end technical programs and product implementations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of milestones, manage dependencies, risks, and change requests proactively.

Additionally, you will conduct sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives under Agile/Scrum methodology, ensuring compliance with quality, security, and regulatory standards. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, along with ~7–10 years of experience in program/project management within product or technology environments.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum frameworks, and DevOps culture
  • Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or similar
  • Preferred experience with Banking, BFSI, or Trade Finance platforms, knowledge of APIs, microservices, and cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), and exposure to emerging technologies like Blockchain or AI/ML
