Job Title: Delivery Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to oversee and drive multiple technology programs and product implementations.

  • Plan, manage, and deliver end-to-end technical projects and product deployments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Manage dependencies, risks, and change requests proactively.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable technical roadmaps.

We require a seasoned program manager with a strong background in stakeholder coordination and delivery excellence, preferably within the banking/finance domain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and execute technical programs and product launches.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for successful project outcomes.
  • Establish project goals, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and changes.
  • Develop technical plans based on business needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (MBA/PMP certification an asset).
  • 7-10 years of experience in program/project management within product or technology environments.
  • Proven track record of delivering SaaS, enterprise, or finance platforms.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile frameworks, and DevOps culture.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Experience
  • Prior experience with finance, BFSI, or trade platforms.
  • Knowledge of APIs, microservices, and cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Exposure to emerging technologies like Blockchain or AI/ML.
