Job Summary

We are seeking an organised, communicative, and comfortable working in a structured environment professional who can thrive in this procurement coordination role.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our procurement operations by engaging with suppliers, maintaining accurate records, and handling enquiries and documentation.

This detail-oriented and proactive professional will be responsible for:

  • Following up with suppliers for rates and required documents
  • Coordinating communication with suppliers on ongoing procurement matters
  • Entering and maintaining records in the offer sheet, including pricing, delivery timelines, and document status
  • Assisting in managing enquiries as per the directions received
  • Updating and maintaining accurate information in the CRM system

Key Requirements

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in procurement coordination or a similar role
  • Proficiency in English and Hindi (spoken and written)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Sheets/Drive
  • Excellent email drafting and communication skills
  • CRM familiarity and willingness to adopt internal systems
  • Sharp memory and attention to detail
  • Ability to build relationships with suppliers and internal teams
  • Basic understanding of market trends and price variations
