Job Title: Digital Campaign Specialist

 

We are seeking an experienced Digital Campaign Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, setting up, and managing paid campaigns across multiple platforms.

This is a high-impact role that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with creatives and designers to deliver high-performing campaigns.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in performance marketing, with a strong understanding of Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, set up, and manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and YouTube.
  • Analyse campaign performance and optimise to achieve business KPIs.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad copy and creatives.
  • Build and test different audience segments and funnels.
  • Track daily budgets and adjust for maximum ROI.
  • Stay updated on platform changes, new formats, and growth hacks.
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights for stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in performance marketing.
  • Prior experience in e-commerce or real estate campaigns preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Ability to analyse data and turn insights into action.
  • Good understanding of attribution, pixel setup, and conversion tracking.
  • Comfortable with A/B testing and iterating quickly.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
