Job Title: Data Expert

Location - Pune/Nagpur (WFO)

Experience - 6+Years

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced data expert to join our team. The ideal candidate brings strong Loans / Retail Banking domain expertise along with hands-on skills in SQL, reporting, and data warehousing concepts.

This is a client-facing role where you will drive insights that shape key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze loan and retail banking data to uncover patterns, trends, and opportunities.
  • Design and execute SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate data.
  • Develop and maintain reports & dashboards for business stakeholders.
  • Apply data warehousing concepts to ensure reliable and efficient data structures.
  • Partner with business and technology teams to translate requirements into actionable analytics.
  • Presentation of insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders in a clear, compelling way.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6+ years of professional experience in data analysis.
  • Strong Loans / Retail Banking domain knowledge.
  • Hands-on expertise in SQL (querying, optimization, debugging).
  • Solid understanding of reporting concepts and tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or similar).
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts (ETL, schema design, fact/dimension tables, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
