Job Title: Senior Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our Pricing Analytics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven pricing strategies across various product categories.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis: Provide cluster-specific data analytics, including development and deployment of necessary dashboards, reporting, and insights.
  • Statistical Modeling: Research, design, and develop applicable statistical approaches/models for specific business problems (price testing, price change, post-mortem, and category review).
  • Data Processing: Design and develop processes to gather, explore, structure, enrich, and clean large datasets from various internal and external sources.
  • Insight Generation: Leverage item role designation (key value item, head, core, and tail) models in support of role of category and intent objectives to develop insights.
  • Pricing Framework Development: Develop scalable retail test processes and frameworks for design of experiment, test v/s control testing, baseline development, assessment, and recommendations.
  • Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitor demographics and performance for pricing across key categories.

About the Team:

The Pricing Analytics team supports pricing managers and merchants in defining and optimizing the pricing strategies for various product categories across channels.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in data analysis, statistical modeling, and data processing. Additionally, experience with data visualization tools and SQL is highly desirable.
