Financial Analyst Position

About Our Firm:

We are a specialized investment company focused on the Indian equity market. Our team consists of experienced professionals with a strong background in public equities and venture capital.

Prior to joining our firm, our Managing Partner worked at two renowned hedge funds in New York as an Investment Analyst from 2005 until 2012. We aim to apply the principles of stock selection practiced at top global hedge funds to the Indian equity market.

Our strategy is rooted in fundamental research and investment decisions are based on a medium to long term outlook on the stock and the sector that it operates in. Expertise of our firm lies in seeking mis-understood situations and abnormal stock movements, then conducting in-depth valuation on what is priced in and how that is likely to change.

Job Description:

  • Responsibilities include financial modelling, financial analysis, and forming an investment thesis on the sector the analyst is expected to work on
  • The candidate will be responsible for tracking down and analysing every industry/company data point that is available in the public domain
  • The candidate will also be entrusted with making presentations and presenting convincing ideas to the team
