Job Overview

Our organization seeks a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to oversee the operations of a large Citizen Service-based e-Governance project in Bangalore. This is a unique opportunity for a dedicated professional to contribute to the success of our mission-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure the delivery of high-quality services to citizens, adhering to established standards and protocols.
  2. Monitor and enforce adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all service centers.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement SOPs for new services.
  4. Conduct regular site visits to evaluate center operations, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Manage cash handling activities, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
  6. Detect and address potential frauds, irregularities, and security breaches.
  7. Coordinate with IT and software teams to ensure smooth functioning of applications and equipment.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Fluency in Kannada (read, write, speak, understand) is mandatory.
