- Create and manage the annual IT budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and minimizing waste.

- Evaluate IT projects through cost-benefit analysis, maximizing financial returns on investment.
- Monitor and control manpower costs within the department.
- Assess and recommend upgrades to existing IT equipment, justifying investments based on business value.
- Maintain and support all IT systems, ensuring high uptime and minimal downtime.
- Develop and enforce policies for system and information security, data backup, and access norms.
- Coordinate with partners and service providers to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Guide team members in development, maintenance, and support of IT applications.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and training among users of enterprise software.
- Evaluate vendor proposals and select hardware and software based on cost-benefit analysis and market study.
- Regularly assess vendor performance and take corrective action as needed.
- Prepare and review management information reports, analyzing variances and taking necessary actions.
- Document all procedures for ERP implementation and maintenance.
- Contribute to the development of the annual manpower plan and budget, working closely with the CEO and Head of HR & Admin.
- Drive a culture of high performance among team members, setting goals, reviewing progress, guiding and counseling, and providing feedback.
- Identify and develop talent within the function, preparing individuals for future leadership roles.
- Participate in succession planning and recruitment of critical positions within the function.
- Oversight of training programs to equip teams with the necessary skills to succeed.
