About the Role

The Senior Human Resources Manager will oversee strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition and development, employee engagement and performance management. The role aligns HR strategies with business objectives to ensure efficient talent management and development, maintaining a focus on employee satisfaction, productivity and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and select top talent candidates for key positions.
  • Coordinate comprehensive interviews with hiring managers.
  • Maintain an up-to-date candidate database for future recruitment needs.
  • Negotiate job offers and follow up until new hire onboarding is complete.
  • Develop and implement an employee referral program to attract top talent.
  • Manage new hire induction and integration formalities to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
HR Operations and Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Track records of selected, rejected and onboarded candidates in our centralized HR system.
  • Manage databases for permanent, probationary and contractual employees to ensure seamless employee lifecycle management.
  • Oversee attendance, leave management and attrition levels to optimize workforce productivity.
  • Generate actionable insights through our HR metrics to inform healthy attrition rates.
  • Ensure effective execution of corporate HR policies and employee relations to foster a positive work environment.
Training, Learning and Development
  • Collaborate with managers to retain, develop and motivate high-performing employees.
  • Design and deliver training sessions based on organizational needs assessments.
  • Support performance appraisals and provide data-driven solutions for improvement opportunities.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Administer payroll, salary planning and compensation programs to ensure fair and competitive remuneration.
  • Oversee PF formalities and statutory compliance to minimize risks and ensure regulatory adherence.
  • Implement smooth separation processes for exiting employees to maintain a positive employer brand.
Employee Engagement and Appraisals
  • Conceptualize innovative engagement initiatives to boost morale and motivation.
  • Develop and enhance employee performance review processes to drive continuous improvement.
