Job Title: Senior Cost Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cost Consultant to join our team.

  • Job Description:
  • Prepare estimates and cost plans aligned with project briefs and evolving designs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Generate standard documentation such as quantity take-offs, reports, valuations, and formal letters.
  • Assist in the preparation of tender and contract documents and participate in contract reviews.
  • Conduct tender analysis and support the preparation of tender evaluation reports.
  • Support valuations and interim applications, including re-measurement and variation adjustments.
  • Assist in settling construction disputes and preparing final accounts.
  • Attend design and progress meetings remotely as required.

Candidate Specification:

  • Essential Qualifications and Experience:
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in quantity surveying or cost management, with a proven track record of delivering results.
  • Desirable Skills and Experience:
  • Experience in data collection, analysis, and presentation, preferably using tools like CostX, Power BI, and SharePoint.
