Job Title: Influencer Campaign Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized influencer campaign specialist to support our team of content creators.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing influencer campaigns, with expertise in contracting, onboarding, content review, scheduling, invoicing, post monitoring, and reporting.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Contracting: Review and finalize agreements with influencers and managers, ensuring timely signature collection.
  • Onboarding: Develop and implement effective onboarding processes for new influencers, including brand briefs and content checklists.
  • Content Review: Collect and review influencer content against established guidelines and timelines, providing feedback and revisions as needed.
  • Scheduling: Coordinate go-live dates and ensure influencers adhere to agreed-upon posting schedules.
  • Invoicing: Manage influencer invoices, verifying deliverables and payment terms.
  • Post Monitoring: Track and analyze influencer performance in real-time, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Reporting: Compile and present data-driven insights to stakeholders, highlighting campaign success metrics.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in influencer marketing or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with web-based tools, including Google Sheets and Clickup.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to new tools and processes.
