Seeking a skilled professional to drive enterprise data initiatives as a Business Intelligence Developer.

The ideal candidate will combine data engineering, ETL development, and business intelligence to deliver timely insights. They should be technically proficient in SQL, SSIS, SSRS, and Power BI, with expertise in building scalable data pipelines and high-quality dashboards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and self-service datasets that meet the needs of stakeholders.
  • Implement data models tailored for reporting purposes, ensuring data quality and consistency.
  • Create reusable DAX measures, Power Query transformations, and semantic layers to optimize reporting workflows.
  • Maintain ETL/ELT pipelines to load and transform data into data warehouses and marts, adhering to governance and security best practices.

Data Engineering & Integration

  • Develop optimized SQL queries and stored procedures to support analytics needs, collaborating with onsite data architects and engineers.
  • Work closely with onsite leads and data analysts to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

Required:

  • 6–9 years of experience in Data Engineering & Business Intelligence.
  • Strong hands-on skills in Power BI (DAX, Power Query) and proficiency in SQL Server, T-SQL, SSRS, and SSIS.
  • Knowledge of data modeling principles and experience working in offshore delivery models.
