Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations professional to fill this challenging role. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement key business initiatives, optimize sales performance, and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to design, implement, and measure sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Interact with the Growth team and other internal teams to understand best practices, required support, client feedback, and more.
  • Develop and analyze sales performance reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, proactively highlight deviations, and suggest actionable course corrections.
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and threats.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify potential areas of growth, new product development, and innovative solutions to streamline current processes.
  • Build relationships with key customers, vendors, and partners to support business growth.
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive successful outcomes.
  • Track and analyze Key Results across the internal Growth team. Prepare, roll out, and monitor Annual, Quarterly, and Monthly Key Results.
  • Prepare presentations for leadership related to Growth/Sales.
  • Plan and implement end-to-end business/sales events.

Qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, with a focus on analytical skills.
  • At least 2 years of experience in business planning, strategic projects, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering results.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with others.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, CRM's, and other sales automation tools.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.
