Reinsurance Finance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team in the Reinsurance Finance department. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and driven individual to take on new challenges and contribute to the success of our organization.
Responsibilities:- Prepare and review Financial Statements, Regulatory Reporting, Statutory Reporting, Solvency II reporting, and Management Reporting activities for Reinsurance business.
- Perform analysis and reporting for all line items related to Income Statement and Balance Sheet.
- Detailed analysis of numbers, identifying trends and providing insights to management.
- Work with Auditors to resolve audit queries and ensure compliance.
- Assist in quarterly close & reporting process and adhere to time schedules.
- Support the management team on ad-hoc requests and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
- CA with relevant years of experience in Regulatory Reporting or Statutory Reporting.
- Strong Accounting knowledge and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint with knowledge of VBA.
- Able to work effectively as part of a cross-functional team.
- Team player with self-directed work style.
- Results-oriented with customer-focus.
- Innovative and process-improvement mindset.
- UG: B.Tech/B.E. in Any Specialization.
- PG: CA in Any Specialization.
