Solar Sales Manager Role at Naukripay

As a Solar Sales Manager at Naukripay, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing. This includes building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, developing and implementing a business plan to expand the customer base, and providing training and support to sales team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage sales: Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Build relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop strategy: Design and implement a business plan to expand the customer base.
  • Provide training: Train and support sales team members.
  • Analyze market trends: Gather and report on local market trends and competitor activities.
  • Meet goals: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.
  • Manage sales personnel: Manage sales personnel, including compensation, coaching, appraisal, and training.
  • Formulate sales policies: Formulate sales policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Provide sales results: Provide quarterly results assessments of sales staff's productivity.
