Job Title: Digital Transformation Lead
A seasoned leader is required to spearhead the successful implementation of our product suite for key customer accounts. This role entails guiding consultants, overseeing large portfolios, and collaborating with stakeholders to identify workflow processes and business challenges.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of project management methodologies.
The selected individual will be responsible for:
  • Mentoring implementation consultants to ensure effective work delivery.
  • Managing a large volume portfolio of key customer accounts.
  • Overseeing the implementation cycle end-to-end, ensuring optimal solution design meets client business needs.
  • Collaborating with internal resources to meet project timelines and customer interests.
  • Developing engagement strategies, identifying critical success criteria, measurable milestones, potential risks, and recommended action plans.
  • Ensuring 100% quality on each delivery using standard testing methods.
  • Translating functional and technical requirements into business documents.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in the software industry.
  • PMP, ITIL certification is a plus.
  • 12+ years of experience, including 6+ years of strong consulting, customer delivery, and people management skills.
