Maintenance Leadership Specialist

The Core Maintenance Planning Team Lead plays a pivotal role in the Maintenance and Turnaround organization, providing routine maintenance planning support to Refining and LNG assets. This leader oversees a team of maintenance planners, schedulers, and permit writers responsible for developing detailed plans and schedules to execute planned maintenance and project work.
Key Responsibilities:- Planning Coordination
- Coordinates the planning and scheduling of non-turnaround routine maintenance work at the site performed by various crafts.
- Provides SME support on planning, estimating, and scheduling for Chevron-executed project work.
- Ensures high-quality work packages are developed in compliance with Chevron standards.
- Drives accountability regarding the use of standard planning and estimating tools and practices.
- Accountable for the growth and development of planners and schedulers.
- Delivers quality execution work plans and updates on scope status and forecast.
- Collaborates with Operations to ensure schedules are effectively integrated into the operating plan.
- Partners with Asset Maintenance Team Leads to feed planned work into the asset integrated plan/workflow and prepares the work for the field.
- Develops tools to streamline cost and execution forecasting accuracy and reports on status at individual project and portfolio level.
