Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Organic Synthesis Specialist to join our team. As an Organic Synthesis Specialist, you will be responsible for designing synthetic schemes, conducting reactions, and delivering final compounds within a fast turnaround time.

Our ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of organic synthesis and reaction mechanisms, as well as excellent analytical interpretation and purification skills. You will be capable of working independently, troubleshooting synthesis problems, and ensuring the safety and quality of your work.

The successful candidate will also have experience with operations of relevant apparatus and equipment, and will be familiar with laboratory safety protocols and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing synthetic schemes and troubleshooting synthesis problems independently
  • Conducting reactions and delivering final compounds within a fast turnaround time
  • Ensuring the safety and quality of your work
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals

Requirements:

  • 6-9 years of experience in organic chemistry
  • Advanced degree in general or organic chemistry
  • Deep knowledge of organic synthesis and reaction mechanisms
  • Excellent analytical interpretation and purification skills
  • Experience with operations of relevant apparatus and equipment
