Key Role: Organic Chemist
Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled organic chemist to develop novel methodologies and technologies.
Primary Responsibilities- Design, execute, and optimize organic synthesis routes to target compounds.
- Purify and characterize organic molecules using analytical techniques such as NMR, HPLC, GC-MS, and IR spectroscopy.
- Analyze and interpret experimental data to troubleshoot reactions and improve synthetic routes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions and address project challenges.
- Maintain accurate records of experimental procedures, results, and observations.
- Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, biotechnology, organic chemistry, or related field(s), or evidence of exceptional ability.
- 1-2+ years of industrial experience preferred.
- Nice to have: Master's degree in chemical engineering, biotechnology, organic chemistry, or related field(s)
- Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of organic chemistry principles and techniques.
- Hands-on experience with organic synthesis, purification, and characterization methods.
- Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and analytical instruments.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced research environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
- Master's degree in chemical engineering, biotechnology, organic chemistry, or related field(s)
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and best practices in the laboratory environment.
