Operations Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for providing day-to-day leadership and direction, maximizing financial returns, driving development of people, creating and maintaining a unique guest experience, executing on brand standards, and building awareness of the hotel in the local community.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or higher education qualification in Hotel Administration or Business Administration, with 12 years of experience in hospitality and 2-3 years of general management experience in a high-level operations role. They must also be able to speak English fluently.
