As a specialist in electrical engineering, you will be responsible for the design and analysis of substation protection and control systems. Your expertise will be invaluable in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our clients' facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform detailed analysis and design of single line diagrams to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Develop and implement concept designs for substation relaying and metering diagrams, as well as D.C. schematic designs.
  • Responsible for producing protection and control designs for LVAC, LVDC, and UPS equipment associated with LT Systems.
  • Produce C.T./V.T. and cable sizing calculations to ensure accurate system performance.
  • Develop relay configurations and associated documentation to meet client requirements.
  • Produce Engineering and Test Specifications for new and existing solutions to ensure seamless integration.
  • Prepare specification and Bill of Material for Protection/Control/Metering/RTU/Communication Panels.
  • Develop high-level Cable Schedule for Substations.
  • Perform Factory Acceptance Testing for Protection and Control Panels to ensure quality and reliability.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in protection/control/communications design for substations.
  • Excellent knowledge of ANSI and IEC standards.
  • Familiarity with various vendor protective relay equipment, including SEL, Siemens, GE.
  • Proficiency in Configuration Tools for protection relays from different vendors.
  • Experience with Ebase and Auto-CAD software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
