Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition efforts. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to position our company as a top employer in the IT and AI industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute employer branding strategies to attract top talent
  • Lead recruitment efforts to identify and acquire high-caliber professionals who align with our vision and culture
  • Represent the company at industry events, job fairs, and networking forums
  • Enhance workplace culture and employee experience to boost retention and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals
  • Leverage AI-driven tools to streamline hiring and HR operations

Requirements:

  • 4-8 years of experience in HR, employer branding, or talent acquisition
  • Strong presence, confidence, and personality to influence and engage talent
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in IT, AI, or tech-driven organizations is preferred but not mandatory
  • Proven track record (or potential) in employer branding, recruitment marketing, and talent attraction strategies
