Job Title: Technical Services Manager

Drive Success in Polymer Technology with Our Technical Services Team

  • We seek a seasoned Technical Services Manager to spearhead technical support across various polymer segments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional technical services and formulation support for targeted segments.
  • Develop innovative formulations tailored to local market requirements.
  • Conduct comprehensive technical training for customers, distributors, and internal teams.
  • Analyze competitive landscapes and provide strategic recommendations.
  • E nsure compliance with regulatory standards and internal protocols.
  • Optimize lab operations to meet EHS and ISO requirements.
  • Resolve customer complaints and application issues efficiently.
  • Maintain lab equipment, calibrate instruments, and document results accurately.
  • Participate in field trials and on-site customer visits as needed.
  • Contribute to technical papers, exhibitions, and industry seminars.
Requirements
  • MSc or Bachelor of Engineering or Master's of Engineering in Chemistry preferred
  • At least 8 years of formulation experience in Polymer dispersions/coatings with at least 2 years in a supervisory/people leadership role.
  • A deep understanding of polymer science and standard test methods is essential.
  • The ability to provide prompt, practical solutions and a strong customer focus are key qualities we seek.
  • Deep knowledge of core markets, competitors, and emulsion polymer technology is mandatory.
