Oracle C2M Architect/Techno-Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle C2M Architect/Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team.

  • This role requires a deep understanding of Oracle Utilities C2M suite, covering areas such as Customer Care and Billing (CC&B), Meter Data Management (MDM), Service and Asset-based architecture within C2M, Field Service Integration with MWM or external FSM platforms, Smart Grid Gateway (SGG) integration with head-end systems, Meter-to-cash (M2C) processes including billing, meter reads, usage processing, VEE, exceptions handling, and service orders, Customer Information Systems (CIS), MDM, and utility operations, Experience with Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF).
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), SOA Suite, and Oracle MFT experience, Familiarity with Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, and event-driven architecture, Head-end system integration, AMI, and SCADA data flows via SGG or custom adapters, Data modeling, batch processing, schema design, and validation rules in Oracle Utilities applications, Oracle Database, SQL/PLSQL, and performance optimization techniques, Role-based access control, security policies, and data privacy standards.
Technical Skills and Qualifications:
  • Enterprise utility architecture design experience, Ability to produce high-quality technical documentation and architecture blueprints, Delivery of Oracle Utilities solutions in large-scale utility implementations, Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, Capability to lead cross-functional teams and conduct architecture reviews and workshops, Risk identification and mitigation planning in solution delivery, Exposure to cloud migration strategies and hybrid models.
