Job Description

We are seeking a visionary technologist to lead the development of innovative software solutions.

As a Lead FullStack Engineer, you will be responsible for guiding technical direction, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring the successful delivery of scalable, high-quality software solutions.

You will work across the stack and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and excellence.

  • Design and develop fullstack applications using Java, TypeScript, JavaScript, Angular or React
  • Architect scalable systems and ensure adherence to software development best practices
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals
  • Drive adoption of CI/CD, microservices, and cloud-native practices
  • Mentor junior engineers and lead code reviews
  • Continuously improve system performance, reliability, and maintainability
Required Skills and Qualifications

6+ years of experience in fullstack development

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field

Strong proficiency in Java, TypeScript, JavaScript, Angular or React

Experience with CI/CD, microservices, and cloud platforms
