Litigation Advocate

We are seeking an accomplished Intellectual Property Attorney to represent clients in complex patent disputes.

• Represent clients in patent litigation matters before various courts.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other critical legal documents.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys in all aspects of litigation preparation, including discovery, deposition preparation, and trial support.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and communicate effectively regarding case status and strategy.
• Stay current with emerging developments in intellectual property law and procedural rules.
• Promote a collaborative environment by working closely with team members and other practice groups within the firm.

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
• Admission to the Bar in good standing.
• 4-7 years of experience in patent litigation.
• Strong knowledge of intellectual property law and procedures.
• Familiarity with High Court procedures and litigation processes.
• Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective organizational and time management skills.
