Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented legal professional to provide support for our company's legal and compliance activities.

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with vendors, partners, and customers.
• Maintain and manage our contract repository.
• Ensure all contracts align with our company policies and legal standards.
• Provide day-to-day legal assistance to internal teams (HR, Finance, Sales, IT, Operations).
• Assist in interpreting laws, regulations, and policies that impact the business.
• Support litigation management by coordinating with external counsel.
• Monitor compliance with statutory requirements under Companies Act, IT Act, Data Protection, Labour Laws, IPR, and sector-specific regulations.
• Support corporate governance activities including board resolutions, filings, and ROC compliance.
• Identify legal risks and provide solutions to mitigate exposure.
• Conduct research on applicable laws, regulatory updates, and case precedents.
• Prepare legal opinions, briefs, and compliance reports.
• Ensure timely submission of legal and regulatory documents.
• Maintain case records, assist in preparing documentation for arbitration or litigation.
