Junior Client Servicing Executive Job Description

The role of a Junior Client Servicing Executive is pivotal in supporting senior team members in effectively managing client accounts, forging strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support senior team members in day-to-day client account management, ensuring seamless coordination and timely delivery of projects
  • Collaborate closely with clients to comprehend their needs and provide efficient solutions
  • Prepare high-quality presentations, briefs, and reports for client meetings, showcasing the company's expertise and commitment to quality
  • Work synergistically with creative and digital teams to deliver exceptional results, meeting client expectations and exceeding them when possible
  • Monitor project progress meticulously, guaranteeing deadlines are met and clients are regularly updated on the status of their projects
  • Establish trust with clients through transparent communication, empathetic understanding, and a dedication to delivering outstanding service

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in Client Servicing/Account Management, with a proven track record of success
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and ensure seamless execution
