Job Purpose

This role is primarily to manage the FX and remittance products at RBG level. To manage the product end to end, support the line manager, Unit Head and drive the product outcome.

Key Result Areas

  • Lead and drive product outcomes for FX and Remittance products.
  • Drive projects related to the FX and Remittance products.
  • End to end process management.
  • Maintain and improve all FX department process.
  • Maintain SOPs, TATs and SLAs.
  • Regularly measure the business impact of existing and new products.
  • Manage FX product launches and marketing campaigns.
  • Work with all concerned departments like Treasury, IT, Operations, Marketing, Customer Care, Digital Banking, Compliance etc for smooth functioning of the products.
  • Implementation of the regulatory and audit requirements in collaboration with Product Manager and Unit head.
  • Overall enhancement of the customer experience by contributing in improving the UI/UX on various customer facing channels.
  • Manage unit risk controls.
  • Support the segments and CXCG for any customer queries

Problem Solving

  • Coordinate with various units to solve any operational, technical or service-related issued.
  • Facilitate cross-functional teams for process improvement
  • Understand and analyze customer behavior/needs from the market data and competition

Decision Making Authority & Responsibility

  • Facilitate and support the sales team to meet/exceed annual revenue targets
  • Maintain updated and relevant reports for all relevant products

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

  • Preferably a graduate with 7+ years of relevant working experience and in-depth knowledge of FX and Remittance products
  • Experience is managing remittance products and delivering results.
  • Informed about market competition, industry practices and regulations for FX and Remittance products
  • Demonstrate effective communication and negotiation skills, including vendor and partner management.
  • Experience in coordinating with technology team and conducting end to end, product change implementation testing.
  • Experience in excel, developing and managing reports
