About the Job:

We are seeking a seasoned product development professional to lead our innovation efforts. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in conceptualizing and bringing new products from idea to launch.

About the Role:

This position involves designing cutting-edge mechanical products with integrated electric components and water-based hydraulic features. You will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest engineering standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create innovative product designs from concept to market launch.
  • Analyze existing products to identify opportunities for improvement and cost reduction.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards such as IS, ASTM, ANSI, and BS.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate products with various configurations as required by customers.
  • Coordinate with the development team at our facility to design and test new products.
  • Address quality control issues related to new product development.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have experience in product development, a strong understanding of industry standards, and excellent analytical skills.

Prior experience in product integration with various configurations is highly desirable.
