Financial Operations Lead

This is a strategic and results-driven role that oversees the financial operations across multiple businesses.

  • Serve as a financial backbone, overseeing the entire accounting and finance function to ensure the integrity of financial reporting.
  • Implement robust financial controls, streamline processes, and provide timely and accurate financial insights to key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, mentor, and lead the accounts and finance teams to optimize team performance.
  • Ensure proper task allocation, daily follow-ups, and productivity monitoring.
  • Identify skill gaps and coordinate training or restructuring to optimize team performance.
  • Oversee all end-to-end accounting operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, bank reconciliations, ledgers, and statutory compliance.
  • Manage the closing of books and ensure timely finalization of accounts, MIS reporting, and audits.
  • Develop and implement internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure data accuracy.
  • Analyze workflows and financial data to identify operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and tracking mechanisms to ensure complete financial and operational visibility.
  • Collaborate with team leads to implement corrective action plans and process improvements.
  • Evaluate and enhance existing accounting and finance processes by introducing new systems or automation to improve accuracy and efficiency.
  • Standardize financial procedures, reporting formats, and policies across all companies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal leadership, external auditors, and other key stakeholders on financial matters.
  • Prepare and present periodic financial insights, performance summaries, and strategic recommendations.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in accounting and finance with extensive leadership and financial control experience.
