Our team is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Financial Operations Lead to join our rapidly scaling business. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for taking ownership of accounting operations, compliance, and reporting.

The role involves managing day-to-day accounting, handling accounts payable & receivable, and ensuring timely monthly closures. You will also manage statutory compliance, support audits, and generate MIS reports. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management;
  • Ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements;
  • Maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including tax laws and financial reporting requirements;
  • Supporting audits and ensuring that all audit recommendations are implemented;
  • Developing and implementing financial processes and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy;
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless integration of financial information into business decisions;
  • Providing financial guidance and support to senior management and other stakeholders;
  • Analyzing financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting required;
  • 5–7 years' accounting experience with strong GST/TDS knowledge needed;
  • Experience with Zoho Books or similar systems preferred;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required;
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently essential qualities for this role.
