Operational Excellence Lead

Drive profitability improvement for clients through operational efficiency, innovation, and digital transformation. Our focus areas include manufacturing optimization, supply chain management, sourcing, and procurement.

As part of our consulting team, you will lead the delivery effort on our projects, playing a critical role in every aspect of the consulting engagement, from opportunity assessment through final implementation.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Build relationships with client stakeholders to manage and resolve operational issues
  • Conduct interviews to develop a current state assessment, evaluate against industry standards, and suggest savings opportunities
  • Analyze client spend data, create project deliverables, and conduct research into various markets and industries
  • Develop process maps, identify gaps, and recommend improvements
  • Collaborate with clients to draft and release RFPs, support them during bid evaluation and supplier selection
  • Develop financial models to understand the true cost of ownership, present to key decision makers

Requirements:

  • 1-4 years of experience in consulting or industry, specifically in operations, supply-chain, and/or procurement
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, ownership-driven mindset, and start-up atmosphere
  • Proven problem-solving and time management ability, excellent quantitative, analytical, and communication skills
  • Highly motivated team player with autonomy and presentation skills
