- Launch global projects and opportunities that are business critical.
- Evaluate stakeholder expectations and prioritize projects for the Returns organization.
- Develop implementation plans and work with stakeholders to pilot and test new solutions.
- Deliver multiple projects in program areas or large, challenging projects involving multiple disciplines in a fast-paced environment.
The Resolutions Customer Experience (RCX) team is dedicated to enhancing returns experiences for customers. We provide self-service options on Amazon's website and App, offering resolutions for issues with purchases. Through communication channels, we keep customers informed of progress on their returns.
We aim to delight customers, increase their confidence in making purchase decisions, and make a significant impact in the customers' journey with Amazon.
