We are seeking a skilled Laboratory Instructor to support teaching, training, and skill development of students enrolled in Allied and Healthcare programs.

The ideal candidate will assist faculty members in delivering practical sessions, maintaining lab safety, and ensuring the availability and calibration of lab equipment.

  • Conduct laboratory sessions for undergraduate students, supervise, and evaluate their skills.
  • Assist in preparation, demonstration, and evaluation of practical skills aligned with curriculum standards.
  • Maintain laboratory equipment, inventory, and ensure timely calibration and servicing.
  • Enforce safety protocols, infection control measures, and proper waste disposal practices.
  • Collaborate with academic faculty to align laboratory content with theoretical components of the course.
  • Provide technical support to students during skill development and internal assessments.
  • Participate in curriculum review and development of new laboratory manuals.
  • Maintain documentation for laboratory sessions, stock registers, and compliance audits.
  • Facilitate internal and external practical examinations and simulations.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (minimum) in a relevant Allied and Healthcare field from a recognized university.
  • Master's Degree or additional certifications is an added advantage.

Desirable Skills:

  • Proficiency in handling laboratory equipment.
  • Strong communication and instructional skills.
  • Familiarity with regulatory standards.
  • Basic computer literacy for academic documentation and report generation.
