Job Overview

This customer-facing role focuses on driving key business initiatives in line with the bank's strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong coordination skills, ensuring seamless interactions with internal teams and external stakeholders.

">Main Responsibilities
  • Branch Operations
  • Schedule appointments with existing customers to generate leads.
  • Plan and execute local area activities to attract new clients.
  • Maintain regular communication with Relationship Managers (RMs) and Product Brokers (PBs).
  • Analyze customer financial data for churn, bounces, and interest servicing.
Cross-Selling Strategies
  • Dedicate time to understanding client needs and offer tailored banking solutions.
  • Continuously monitor and track cross-sell opportunities.
Renewal Management
  • Develop a comprehensive renewal plan two months prior to expirations.
  • Initiate timely communication with clients and collect necessary documentation.
  • Ensure all documents are accurately validated and processed within set deadlines.
Portfolio Performance & Administration
  • Regularly review portfolio performance and address any discrepancies or conditions as needed.
  • Prepare and update relevant reports, including SVRs and Call Memos.
Institutional Compliance & Processes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure adherence to established procedures and regulations.
  • Oversee post-login processes and manage overdue renewals.
